Around 2003 I began scanning old family photos. Rather than having photos scattered in various locations, I figured it would be best if everyone in the family had a full set of all of the photos related to our immediate and extended family. Before long we were dealing with thousands of photos. I realized I needed a way for organizing the photos, so I key-worded the images with names, events, locations. Today, there are over 57,000 images in our family album, as well as over 2000 videos. Many people in our family now have their own dedicated external drive with all of the images in full resolution, organized with a browser and nearly 200 indexed galleries. Below are many of these galleries. Images in the Black and White Years galleries and in the Video Collection are not password protected. Contact Bob if you need the password for the other galleries.
